Elasa Apartment Rules

Windows & doors: Please do not leave the air conditioning running while windows or doors are open.

When leaving: Turn off all electrical appliances when you are out. Most importantly, please do not leave the AC running when the apartment is empty.

Smoking inside the apartment is strictly forbidden. Please use the balcony/terrace instead.

Sand: There is a small tap in front of the building. Please use it to rinse the sand off your feet and flip-flops before entering.

Sunscreen & linens: Please take a shower before using the towels or getting into bed if you have applied sunscreen or tanning oil. Most beach products cause stubborn stains on white linens that are almost impossible to wash out.

Hard water: The tap water here is very hard. To protect the washing machine and your clothes, it is mandatory to use an anti-limescale product with every wash.

Iron: Please do not fill the iron with tap water. Use drinking water, or the water bottle kept in the lower kitchen cabinet.

What to use: Look for anti-limescale tablets/powder in the cupboard, labeled Αποσκληρυντικό or Calgon.

How to use it: Add one dose/tablet directly into the main detergent compartment along with your washing powder/liquid before starting the cycle.

Always take the key with you: The outside door handle is fixed. If the door slams shut, it locks automatically and you will be locked out.

Do not leave the key in the lock from the inside: If the key is left inside the keyhole, for example while you are on the balcony, the door blocks and cannot be opened from the outside even with a spare key. Locksmith fees will be charged to the guest.

Upon check-out: Please remember to place the key back into the key-lock box and scramble the code to secure it.
