Elasa Sea Apartment is located in the higher part of Nea Kallikratia, on a quiet street leading from the stadium to the harbour — close enough to walk everywhere, but far enough from the noise to sleep peacefully.
Relatively new apartment in a newly built residential building, professionally cleaned and carefully prepared before every stay. It features a bright living room, two comfortable bedrooms (each with its own air conditioning!), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a spacious terrace.
Outside, everything is within walking distance. The famous local market (held every Tuesday) is just two blocks away (see location), and famous beach bars like Sahara Resort and Panama are a short drive down the coast.

A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable stay. You can enjoy your meals outside at the large balcony table (which comfortably seats four), or relax around the coffee table in the living room.

A luxurious double bed upholstered in soft fabric, made with premium cotton sateen linen. The room features blackout-friendly shutters, a wardrobe, and a dresser with plenty of room for your luggage. It is also very quiet — the street behind the building sees almost no traffic at night.

A comfortable second bedroom, perfect for children or friends. It features two single beds, ample wardrobe space, and air conditioning to keep the room cool during warm summer nights. All beds are equipped with memory foam mattresses and cotton sateen linens.

Finished in clean light tiles, with a walk-in shower, a large vanity and good lighting. Shampoo, hair mask, shower gel, a hairdryer and cleaning supplies are all provided. There's a washing machine and an iron too — the small things that make a ten-night stay easy.

“This is the second time I’ve stayed in this apartment with my wife and our two children. It has everything we need, including air conditioning, a coffee maker, and a washing machine. There are two rooms—a bedroom for the adults and a room with two beds for the children—as well as a separate small living room.
The terrace is huge, and the apartment itself is very close to the beach and the city center. On Tuesdays, there’s a farmers’ market on one of the neighboring streets, where we bought fresh vegetables and fish.

How many people can stay in the apartment?
The apartment is 57 m² with two bedrooms, a living room, and one bathroom, and you always have the entire place to yourselves.
What is the minimum stay?
Because we personally prepare and clean the apartment to guarantee the highest hygiene standards for our guests, we only accept bookings for a minimum of 7 nights.
Can you accommodate larger groups?
Our apartment comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests. If you’re traveling with friends or another family, we work with trusted partner hosts in the area and can often offer additional accommodation just a short walk away.<br><br>Simply send us a WhatsApp message with your dates and total group size. While we can't always guarantee availability, we’ll be happy to try and arrange everything for you!
Do you offer monthly or long-term rentals?
Yes! During the active summer season, we offer a 30% discount on the daily rate for full-month bookings. For the off-season (end of September to end of April), we offer a fixed monthly price which is fully negotiable. Contact us to discuss your long-term stay.
How far is the beach?
The sea is just 250 meters away, and the town center is about 600 meters away.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is between 15:00 and 18:00, and check-out between 11:00 and 12:00. Please let us know your arrival time in advance so we can meet you. If your flight lands awkwardly, message us — we'll do our best to help.
Is there parking?
Yes, private parking is available right in front and behind the building, and there is also free public parking on adjacent streets.
Can I bring my dog?
Please contact us in advance to check if we can accommodate your pet.

Yes to both. The apartment has air conditioning and Wi-Fi, plus a smart TV with streaming services and a coffee table where you can comfortably work on your laptop.
Is there a washing machine and kitchen equipment?
There is a washing machine, an iron, a hairdryer and cleaning products, and the kitchen has a fridge-freezer, oven, hob, extractor, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a full set of cookware, crockery and glassware. Shampoo, hair mask and shower gel are provided in the bathroom.
Is there a pool or a restaurant at the property?
No — this is a self-catering apartment. However, the beach is only 250 meters away, and the town center with its tavernas, cafés, and bakeries is just 600 meters away.
Can we smoke or have friends over?
The apartment is non-smoking, and parties or events are not allowed. The property does not host stag, hen or similar groups. Guests staying nearby are welcome to visit during the day.
How do I get here from Thessaloniki Airport?
Thessaloniki Airport (SKG) is about 30 km away — roughly a 25-minute drive. Buses to Nea Kallikratia also run from Thessaloniki's KTEL Halkidikis station.
